Every quote you receive includes a warranty summary so you can compare cover before deciding who to go with.

Typical warranty terms in our network

• Product warranties from 5 to 10 years on manufacturing defects (varies by supplier and product)
• Installation workmanship warranties of 1 to 5 years
• Motor and mechanism warranties on motorised products

What’s usually not covered

Making a warranty claim
