Quote requests on Shut The Front Up
Submitting a quote request through Shut The Front Up is free and never creates an order. You’re not committed to anything until you accept a supplier’s quote and sign their order/contract.
After you accept a supplier’s quote
When you accept a quote, your contract is with the chosen supplier, not with Shut The Front Up. Ask for the supplier’s cancellation, deposit and custom-manufacturing terms in writing before paying. Change-of-mind rights can differ from rights for faulty or misdescribed goods and services. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law may apply regardless of a supplier’s written policy, with the available remedy depending on the circumstances and whether a failure is major or minor.
Supplier credit purchases
Supplier credit packs are prepaid access to marketplace bidding features; they do not guarantee leads, bids or work. The credit cost is shown before a bid is submitted. If the platform displays a withdrawal grace period, a qualifying withdrawal returns the charged credits to the supplier wallet. For billing errors, duplicate charges or a service that was not supplied as described, contact us with the transaction reference so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
